What is the CharaChorder Lite?
The Lite is essentially a QWERTY keyboard with the same onboard chording engine that powers the CharaChorder One. While the standard keyboard doesn’t benefit from some of the benefits of the 5-way switch design used in the One, it is a much lower learning curve, allowing people to experience much of the benefit of chording without having to learn a whole new skill.

If I buy a CharaChorder Lite right now, when will it ship?
We will begin fulfilling new CC Lite orders in March. They will be fulfilled in the order they were received. As we get closer to shipping, more specific information should become available.
Will the discounted prices of the Lite or One go up anytime soon?
CharaChorder wants to keep the prices of these devices as low as possible for as long as possible so that they are accessible to as many people as possible. That said, no announcements have been made as to the duration of any current sales.
Are the chords on the Lite the same as the Chords on the One?
Some are, some aren’t. You can see the Lite’s starter chord library on a separate tab in the starter chord spreadsheet:
